Any SWEET POTATOES #lovers? 🍠
It’s a staple in my diet, I could eat it everyday. Besides being so yummy it’s packed with vitamins B and C, minerals, like iron, calcium and selenium and healthy fibers.
The key ingredient is an antioxidant known as beta-carotene, which converts to Vit A when consumed and it‘s beneficial for your eyes health, your imune and reproductive system, and your skin!
It’s so versatile and easy to cook too. Toss it in the oven, boil it or microwave it. There’s also the fried version (which I loooove) but is not as healthy.
